Joe Mays is a 3rd generation full-time REALTOR^® who was born and raised in Quincy, IL. Joe started practicing real estate in early 2002 after completing his Master in Business Administration at Illinois State University, however real estate has been a part of him since he can remember. Both of his parents (Alan and Joan) and his Grandfather (Bob) practice real estate and are very active in the family business. Joe was raised with the philosophy that you take your own risks, and was taught at a young age that no one can hold you back from your dreams.

Joe has a finely honed eye for both existing and new construction. Joe worked construction during college and more currently, as time allows, does some general contracting. Joe is a qualified specialist in all aspects of real estate including residential, commercial sales and leasing, recreational land, and farm acreage.
